How to help and join OpenUSS community?

This paper is made for people who want to support OpenUSS and don't know how. We categorize the developers in OpenUSS as below:

1. Evangelist/Strategist/Architect: People in this area give the destination (technology, functionality and other areas) of OpenUSS.

2. Documentation and Test: People in this area test and run the system. They also collect all of bugs from the system and post them to the OpenUSS bug tracking system within the SourceForge.

3. Developer: People in this area develop OpenUSS. This means coding, testing and coding again.

4. Marketing: People in this area try to make some cooperation with other companies or universities. They also introduce OpenUSS in the news and they can write some articles about OpenUSS.

So if you want to help us, please choose one of the category. You are also free to choose more than one category as well. You can now directly go to the category you want on the left side. There you'll find some tips and detail information about them.

Also very important: You have to understand the concept behind the SourceForge, because we use the SourceForge platform intensively. But this is actually very easy because SourceForge offer many good manuals.

Have fun!
